How to clean baby’s eyes, tongue and nose

We bought physiological solution (saline solution) and the doctor at the clinic showed us how to use it. Let’s see some pictures!

To clean the eyes we put some drops on sterile cotton:

Then we wiped gently from the inside to the outside corners:

This should be done on a daily.

She also told us to clean the white on the baby’s tongue by putting the solution on the finger and careful cleaning it. But not after feeding.

Also to roll cotton and clean nose.
