While we checked the weight the doctor showed us how to easily pick up a baby while supporting its head. I made a video at the clinic and another one at home.
I always did it wrong, I shoved my hand under its head. Instead the doctor turned and raised the head slightly by pulling its arm up and to the side. Check out this video:
