How to stay fit while traveling

One challenge for us when travelling is not to gain weight and to stay fit, esp. when travelling with babies.

We found this makeshift gym in the forest. To stay fit we see these options:

  • YouTube Videos (Yoga, Pilates)
  • Gym membership
  • Running
  • Walking with the baby

Since spring is just around the corner I will check for more outdoor gyms and then will update this post.
